We designed the game to respect your privacy: it works entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

Information Stored Locally

Some gameplay information is stored locally on your device using Android private local storage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us or to any external server. Examples include:

• Pumpkins collected
• RPG progress and unlocks
• Music and sound-effect preferences

You can reset this local data from within the game settings. Uninstalling the game or clearing the app data through your device settings will also remove it permanently.

Clipboard Usage

The game includes a "COPY CA" button that copies the static PEMPKIN/Solana token contract address to your device's clipboard. This only happens when you explicitly press the button. The game does not read, monitor, or access any other content on your clipboard.

Internet and Network Usage

PEMPKIN: The Game is fully playable offline and does not require an internet connection for gameplay. The game does not send gameplay statistics, telemetry, or any other data to remote servers.

Third-Party Services

The game does not use advertising SDKs, analytics services, or crash-reporting tools. Specifically, we do not use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, Sentry, Bugsnag, or similar services.

Data Sharing

We do not share user data with third parties. Because no personal data is collected, there is nothing to share, sell, or disclose.

Data Security

Since all gameplay data remains in your device's private local storage and is never transmitted over a network, the risk of unauthorized interception or remote access is minimal. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date for the best overall security.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on your device for as long as the game is installed and you do not reset it. You can delete this data at any time by using the in-game reset option, clearing the app's data in your device settings, or uninstalling the game.

Children's Privacy

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because no personal data is collected, children can play the game without providing any identifying information. If you believe we have inadvertently received personal information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it from our records. Please note that local gameplay data is stored only on the device and can be removed as described above.
